Features
Features

Thermal

FSX 100 can achieve Uf values as low as 1.93 W/m²K.

Weathering

Independently tested for reliable weather performance:

·        Wind resistance: 2400Pa

·        Air permeability: 600Pa

·        Watertightness: 600Pa

Security

Tested to EN 1627 RC2 (Resistance Class 2).

Size and Weight Capability

Available in a variety of frame depths and glazing thicknesses to suit project requirements:

·        System width – 50mm

·        System depth – 65mm – 275mm

·        Glazing thickness – 4mm – 50mm

Total Flexibility

·        Extensive range of face caps, including bespoke options, to support individual design requirements

·        Selection of mullion, transom and face cap options with slim 50mm sightlines

·        Fire-resistant configuration available

Safe and Sustainable

Novastruct curtain wall systems use simple, sustainable materials to maximise reuse and recyclability at end of life

Frame materials are 100% recyclable, while the extruded aluminium contains more than 75% recycled content

Design Considerations
Design Considerations

A wide range of mullion and transom options enables façades to be designed with reduced structural support requirements. The choice of mullion is determined by a number of factors:

·        The span (distance between fixings to the supporting structure)

·        Mullion centres (up to 3.0m using FSX 100 curtain walling)*

·        Wind loads (up to 2400 Pa)

·        Maximum infill weight (up to 600kg)

·        The deflection limits of the glazing system

·       The required drainage method, either zone or mullion drainage
