Building on the strengths of Novastruct’s FSX 110 65mm Curtain Wall System, FSX 110 SSG enables you to reach the highest levels of façade performance and architectural ambition.
The system can also accommodate +/- 5mm differential vertical movement between the façade and supporting substructure.
With a smooth, premium silicone weatherproof seal finish, FSX 110 SSG removes the need for conventional pressure plates and face caps, further enhancing its clean, refined appearance.
Available in a variety of glazing thicknesses, including a triple-glazing option, the system increases design flexibility and meets diverse specification requirements across commercial, public, education, healthcare, residential and logistics projects.

Safe and Sustainable
Novastruct curtain wall systems utilise straightforward materials that maximise reuse and recycling potential at end of life.
Frame components are fully recyclable, with extruded aluminium containing over 75% recycled content.
Design Considerations
The grid construction mirrors the FSX 110 mullion-drained system, offering the same straightforward installation process. A flush external finish is achieved through specially manufactured insulated glazing units, formed using structural silicone sealant and incorporating an integrated channel profile around the perimeter of the glazing cavity.
Toggle clips located on the mullions and transoms engage with the channel profile to provide mechanical retention, securing the glazing pane to the curtain wall.
The glazing unit is supported on deadload by the transom, utilising a combination of setting blocks and glass supports. Façade aesthetics are further refined through a flush joint between glass units, achieved with a UV-resistant, weatherproof silicone sealant.
